The Unraveling

Image
It may or may not be happening to you as I type this. Right now there are multiple areas in many people’s lives that seem to be “unraveling”. Things seem to be falling apart, suddenly changing, shifting, coming to an end, etc. I’m seeing this happening on a grand scale right now. You may be hanging on to something “by a thread” at the moment. Things seemed to be heading one way, but now it’s going in another direction.  Things/situations/people are being exposed. Motives are being revealed. As things begin to unravel, we start to see more exposure on what’s really underneath.  There’s a “changing of the guard” happening, there’s a repositioning happening. There’s a lot of pieces being moved on the chess board. A lot of these changes will seem to come out of left field. Now is the time to pray and ask God what you need to continue to hold on to, or what you need to cut off. A lot of you reading this already know what it is. We’re currently being positioned for what is next. A l...

Dream Symbols: Cars

Image
Cars are very common in dreams. Many of the dreams I interpret have something to do with some kind of vehicle. Having a dream about a car can represent a number of different things.  Most of the time, a car in a dream will represent a job or ministry. If you have a dream that you get a new car, you may be going through a job transition. If your car is old and beaten up, it may be time for a new job.  It is also important to note who is behind the wheel in your dream. Is it you? Is it someone else? Many times, you may dream about being in a car being driven by your boss or someone else in authority over you. If you are behind the wheel, this could be something that you are doing on your own. Pay attention to all the details in your dream. What color is the car? What type of car is it? Is anyone else with you? Is it in working condition? Where are you going? All of these things are important and come into play when trying to interpret your dream.  Always write down y...

The Divine Intervention

St. Patrick's Day, 2022 I had a dream in the early morning hours on March 17, 2022. I was chasing my van through a parking lot. It was about to drive itself into oncoming traffic. I ran up to the driver's side of the van. That entire side of my van was messed up, and the driver's door wouldn't open. I finally got the door open, and I slammed my foot onto the breaks. The breaks weren't working. My car wouldn't stop. All the sudden, a song came on over the radio saying "I will not allow you to crash!" over and over. Somehow, I ended up being saved from the "oncoming traffic", and my car was sitting in park somewhere else, with me inside. I remember in the dream I kept seeing all these little rainbows floating around everywhere. The next day I was headed out to see my chiropractor, which is a pretty far drive. When I finally returned home, I realized that I had left my purse at their office. Now, if you know me, this is VERY uncharacteristic of ...

Transition. Doors are opening, doors are closing. Friendships are fizzling out. New relationships are forming. Sudden ends to certain things are taking place. Sometimes you let these things get to you.  Sometimes you mourn these relationships...stages in life. Sometimes you just have to let certain things go and not look back. There are some things you have held onto for so long that they have become your identity. You find yourself not finding joy in things you once loved. Doors are slamming shut in your face, and you have to be ok with it. If the door isn't slamming, you feel a sudden discomfort or agitation with where you're at. Other doors seem to be opening out of no where. They seem scary and out of your comfort zone.  But you have to keep moving.  A lot of people have cut you off.  You used to let these things bother you, but it is part of the process. You have to learn to have peace with this process.  You've been here before. 11:11

Time To Clean Out Your Closet

"Clean out closet" has been #1 on my to-do list for the past couple of months. Only recently have I finally begun to tackle this project. The more I thought about this, the more I started seeing an analogy in my own life regarding a few of these things. 1. Things no longer "in season". Some things no longer work in the season you're in, or the season you're transitioning to. 2. Things that no longer "fit". Some things just don't fit anymore. Maybe your current occupation or circle of friends don't seem to fit into what exactly it is God is bringing you into. 3. Things that are collecting dust. Maybe there are things that you thought MAYBE one day you would wear or use...maybe a dream or idea, maybe a relationship, etc. 4. Things that you thought you already had gotten rid of that are still there. There are things we thought we "dealt with" long ago that seem to creep back up when things get hard. You can do so much good for yourse...

Will your watch be waiting?

10 years. A decade living in a shell of grief. A decade of being numb. Some have lost themselves in those 10 years. Sometimes you have a second chance to find yourself in that eleventh hour. Don’t let it pass

Wings

“Under wings of gold and silver Sometimes we have to hide For shelter from this bitter winter At least tonight” -Stavesacre I was at this performance back in 2002 at Cornerstone in Illinois. This is very old, raw footage...lol. Very 2002. This song has always meant a lot to me. Right now I am walking through one of the darkest times I have ever walked through. However, I have to choose to keep “pressing on”...rising above the “noise” which has gotten even LOUDER since I made my first post. (Imagine that.) We have a real enemy. He wants nothing more than to take us out. There is more going on than I can see. Right now I am choosing to trust God and believe that he will come through for me. In the natural things are not looking great. I am constantly in and out of the hospital, losing a lot of weight, not able to live life like I normally do. I don’t have much strength. But thankfully I have help: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. Th...
